Spice Tank - new for 2026

Can your team handle the heat? Part cook-off. Part brand challenge. Part pitch night.

Split into teams, you'll be given everything you need to take a hot sauce from an idea to a finished product. Choose your ingredients. Develop your recipe. Cook and bottle your sauce. Then give it a name, create the label and get ready to sell it.

Once the bottles are filled, it's time to turn your sauce into a brand.. Teams create their own product name and label using our Label Lab before facing the Spice Tank — pitching their creation to our panel of very discerning investors.

We'll be looking for flavour, creativity, branding and a pitch capable of convincing us that your sauce deserves a place on the shelf.

Everyone gets to take home a bottle of the hot sauce they created. Sauce Tank combines creativity, collaboration, problem-solving and a healthy dose of competition in one seriously entertaining team experience.

The Pairing Challenge

The Pairing Challenge transforms the art of food and drink pairing into a fun and interactive team experience. Guided by our experts, teams explore the flavours of our handcrafted beers and gins before putting their taste buds to the test. Working together, they'll discover complementary ingredients, build the ultimate tasting board and present the story behind their pairings to the judges. Combining creativity, collaboration and a touch of friendly competition, this unique experience celebrates local flavours while creating memorable moments shared around the table.

The Great Bake Off

Part bake-off. Part creative challenge. All competition.

Ready, steady, bake! Working in teams, you'll go head-to- head to create a batch of show-stopping cupcakes worthy of taking out the title. Armed with a pantry of ingredients, equipment and a creative brief, teams need to plan, divideroles and work against the clock to create their signature bake.

But getting them into the oven is only half the challenge. While the cakes bake, a surprise mini-challenge keeps the competition going before it's time to decorate, perfect your presentation and get ready to face the judges.

Signature Bottle Experience

Celebrate creativity with ‘The Signature Bottle Experience’ , an immersive workshop where guests craft a personalised beer or gin bottle from the outside in. Design a bespoke label inspired by your journey, team or event, while discovering the stories behind our brewery and distillery. The result is more than a bottle—it's a handcrafted memento that captures the memories, connections and experiences shared throughout your time together.
