Guided by our expert distillers, you'll explore a carefully curated selection of premium botanicals, craft your own unique flavour profile and distil your gin on a traditional copper still. Once complete, you'll bottle your creation, personalise the label and take home a truly one-of-a-kind bottle that can never be replicated.

Gin Workshop

Step into the world of gin in this hands-on, 3-hour distilling experience designed to ignite your senses and creativity. Guided by our expert team, you’ll explore an array of botanicals, uncover the rich history of gin, and craft your own unique recipe.

Enjoy snacks and a gin tasting board throughout the session

You’ll also design a signature cocktail tailored to your creation, and enjoy a glass of it to celebrate your hard work. To top it all off, take home a personalised 250 or 500ml bottle of your custom gin – made entirely by you.

    Price: $250 for own still and $350 for shared still ($175 per person)
